About the design:
With the vivid red and black pattern, the Continuum jacket’s threads symbolizes a story of a memory, you’re fighting to keep alive and fresh in your mind. We think of the red part as the memory, and the black part as time, trying to erase and slowly fade away the moment from your consciousness. And as we get older, our memories tend to be less pristine, but not less precious to us.
CSF-certified deadstock:
The fabric is not only poetic, it’s also an CSF-certified deadstock fabric, sourced responsibly from Italy. Deadstock, while not sustainable in itself, is a way of giving new life to fabrics who couldn’t be used for their original purpose. We feel that the use of deadstock fabric is much like the symbolism of the pattern: holding on to the better things in life, and hope that time won’t erase it.
