Send us an email at claims@isnurh.com, and we'll find a solution together. All you have to do is pay for the shipping of your item, and then our skilled in-house designers will find a solution for you.

We send your order directly from our showroom in Copenhagen, and you will typically receive the package within 2-4 business days, if you’re situated in DK or EU.
