RETURN

At ISNURH, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to receive another size or color, we kindly ask you to return the item and place a new order through our website.

You are entitled to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights. Please note that the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer and will not be reimbursed by ISNURH.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. This means it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging together with the return invoice. Until the item is safely received at our warehouse, the product remains your responsibility.

Once we have received your return, it can take up to 14 days to process. After the return has been approved, the refund amount will usually appear in your account within two to seven working days, depending on your card provider.
