GENERAL
These terms apply to all purchases made via the website www.isnurh.com, owned by ISNURH ApS (“ISNURH”), CVR No. 38285246, Silkegade 5, 1113 Copenhagen K, Denmark. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Trade as they are currently presented. ISNURH recommends reviewing the Terms of Trade regularly.

ISNURH may amend these terms at any time, affecting only future purchases.

 

PAYMENT AND PRICES
All prices on www.isnurh.com are stated in Euro (EUR) including VAT. Prior to confirmation, you will be shown the final order total, including shipping costs.

You can pay in the following currencies:

- EURO

The prices on the Website are shown in the currency applicable to your country. Please use the function "currency selector" at the top of the Website if you want to change your currency selection. 

Payments are processed securely via our site’s payment form. ISNURH accepts card payments, MobilePay and ApplePay. The amount will only be debited once your order is shipped. A purchase receipt will be sent to your email.

DELIVERY
Orders within Denmark are shipped with PostNord, while European orders are delivered via UPS Express or DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. All shipments are sent from Denmark. Shipping costs vary based on the method chosen and will be displayed during checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7–9 business days, please contact us at contact@isnurh.com. We’ll investigate internally and with the carrier to assist you.

ISNURH is not liable for delays caused by delivery partners.

COMPLAINTS
Your purchase is covered under applicable consumer law regarding faults and defect rights. You have a 24-month right of complaint from delivery date for defects or material issues. Complaints should be made within a reasonable time after you discover the issue—within two months is considered timely.

To submit a complaint, contact ISNURH with details of the issue. You may request repair or replacement. Refunds are only available when the defect is significant or repair/replacement is impractical or disproportionate.

If the complaint is justified, ISNURH will cover reasonable return shipping costs. If not, you are responsible for return costs and any inspection fees. Please return items in suitable packaging—you're liable until ISNURH receives the item. Keep the shipment receipt and tracking information.

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The right of cancellation applies to consumers who purchase via www.isnurh.com. Commercial customers do not have a right of cancellation.

You have the right, without giving any reason, to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after the day you, or another person chosen by you (but not the shipping company), receive the product in your/their physical possession.

If your order includes multiple products and these cannot be delivered at the same time, the right of cancellation applies from the day you, or another person chosen by you (but not the shipping company), receive the final product in your/their physical possession.

If the cancellation deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day (June 5th), Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, or another non-business day in Denmark, the deadline will be extended to the following business day.

 

HOW TO EXCERCISE THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You can exercise your right of cancellation by notifying us that you wish to cancel your order.

You may also refuse delivery or simply not collect the package at your local pick-up point.

If you wish, you can use the official Danish cancellation form (available here), but it is not mandatory. If you use the cancellation form, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation by email. The cancellation form is also sent to you together with your order confirmation.

The right of cancellation is upheld if you send your notice of cancellation before the 14-day deadline has expired.

 

RETURNS

Click here if you wish to return a product.

Please note: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You must notify us if you wish to cancel your order and return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your order. For Christmas gifts, we offer an extended return period, but only if you contact our customer service in advance at contact@isnurh.com.

Items must be unused and in original condition—no signs of wear, odors, stains, or damage. Returns not meeting these standards may be rejected and returned without refund.

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. ISNURH does not charge fees for refunds.

Returns are at your expense unless otherwise stated.

THE COMPANY’S OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS
You will receive an order confirmation via email after purchase. Order details are stored for 5 years. If you lose access, email contact@isnurh.com for a copy.

 

RESERVATIONS
ISNURH is not liable for contract non-fulfillment caused by events beyond control—such as strikes, fire, floods, etc.
Measurements are approximate (+/- 1 cm) and we cannot guarantee stock availability or error-free website content.

 

PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data in accordance with ISNURH’s privacy policy.

 

APPEALS AND CHOICE OF LAW
For unresolved complaints, you may submit to Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning, Denmark) or use the EU online dispute resolution portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. The agreement is governed by Danish law, unless your local consumer protection law provides higher protection.
